Starting his career as an industrial electrical
apprentice, David installed his first security
system more than 30 years ago. His
experience and knowledge was soon
extended to include CCTV and Access Control
systems, as well as intruder alarms. Within
two years of completing his apprenticeship
David joined the installation division of the
largest electronic security company in the UK,
moving to a service role and then into sales.
After a successful period in sales
management, David moved on to work as field
sales for Norbain Distribution before joining
SANYO as the UK Manager for the CCTV
division. After 10 years David progressed his
career with SAMSUNG Techwin and over a
period of four years built the business in the
UK and developed the European channel,
which resulted in a dramatic increase in the
company’s sales. Returning to SANYO, David
combined together the company’s offices in
Barcelona, London, Munich and Paris into one
operation for the CCTV Division, whilst
establishing SANYO as Europe’s number one
provider of Full HD cameras.
As co-founder and joint Managing Director of
European Security Partners Ltd., David will be
ensuring that customers receive the highest
levels of support whilst striving to ensure
expectations are not just met, but exceeded in
relation to products and services.

Stefan has worked within the CCTV industry
since 1999. Initially working for Convison
Technologies, a German company developing
and selling IP-video servers for the security
markets, he moved in 2002 to SANYO to
establish a sales network for the DACH area.
During the following five years he became
responsible for the sales channels across
continental Europe.
In 2007 Stefan joined Milestone Systems to sell
Video Management Software Systems for the
German speaking countries. In 2009 and 2010
he worked for Avigilon Corporation as Sales
Director for the DACH region where he sold
Multi Megapixel systems.
With a change in professional focus, Stefan was
welcomed back to SANYO as Technical Director
for the continental European countries. In
addition to his responsibilities for technical
support and customer training, Stefan was
closely involved with support for SANYO
innovative Full HD camera range.
Stefan is a co-founder and Managing Director of
Eu-SP. After more than 13 years of working in
the European CCTV industry he is determined
to be part of a team that delivers high quality
products and services, and puts customers into
the centre of all its activities.
Stephen began his career in electronics as a
radio communications apprentice, moving
into Electronic Security at the age of 17. He
started his career in video technology in the
workshop, repairing and modifying a wide
variety of CCTV equipment, then working
through a traditional apprenticeship in
Installation and Service engineering, whilst
studying for his electronics engineering
certificates. This foundation was invaluable
for future positions as Group Senior Engineer
for Dedicated Micros worldwide, and
Technical Director of Goodson Wainwright
Ltd, providing support services for Samsung
Techwin amongst many others.
Stephen has also worked in the IT sector in a
variety of disciplines from hardware and
networking to wireless temperature
monitoring and analysis systems in mission
critical areas. This experience proved
invaluable upon his return to the Electronic
Security sector to work with High Definition
network based systems for SANYO UK &
Europe, where he provided internal and
Customer support for the Full HD range of IP
cameras, co-developing and writing the
comprehensive SANYO HD training program.
Stephen is a firm believer in providing
excellent Customer service and support at all
levels combined with fast response.
Graduating University in Japan as mechanical
engineer, Hiroshi began his career in the R&D
division of NHK Spring Japan to develop
computer peripheral equipment. Later moving
to the UK, he joined SANYO and began his
tremendously successful tenure as product
manager, which continued for 17 years.
During this time, Hiroshi was responsible for
the management of various product lines and
technologies, including audio systems,
telephone, fax, LCD monitors and batteries.
He has worked with analogue and digital
CCTV products since 1998, supporting both
commercial and technical sides of the
business, including stock management, sales
& purchase forecasting to pre & post sales
technical support. This work was key to the
success of SANYO HD cameras in the market
place where good pre & post-sales support
was essential to win and maintain large
projects.
Likewise, Hiroshi will be key in ensuring solid
Customer Service at Eu-SP and forms a vital
part of the team taking European Security
Partners Ltd. forward into 2013 and beyond.
