To return Sicurit equipment purchased through us for service or repair, please contact your Eu-SP support representative for RMA number(s):
Important Notes: All non-warranty service and repairs, any equipment failure found to be at fault due to mishandling, incorrect installation or use not in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines or contrary to support advice will be liable for charge. Please contact us if in any doubt. Carrier charges to the service centre must be paid by the sender. Eu-SP Ltd. will pay for return carriage to the Customer. Always ensure that you obtain a valid RMA number(s) and label all products clearly before shipping your goods. Please Include any RMA number(s) on packing and shipping notes. Remember to include clear instructions for return shipping (Contact name, telephone number, shipping address with any special instructions). Failure to include the above may well result in delays with processing your shipment at the Service Centre. If a particular Technical Support representative has been dealing with the issue, please also include their name as reference. Eu-SP want you to enjoy the fastest possible turnaround for your return, however we cannot be held liable for courier delays or errors, nor any damage incurred during transit, or delays incurred through missing returns documentation or RMA details. Please ensure original packaging is used wherever possible, otherwise please pack your products carefully to avoid possible damage during transit. Please contact our Support team if in any doubt.
